Gloria Austin believes that living on the Forgotten Coast is living in paradise. Eight years ago, the Atlanta native left a successful management career in Information Technology and built a beach house on Indian Pass. She says living at the beach is a sure way to see your family, particularly the grandchildren, regularly. Gloria is involved in the community. She's a member of the Gulf County Strategic Planning Committee and active in the Gulf Alliance for Local Arts, a group in Franklin, Gulf and east Bay counties that supports the arts on the Forgotten Coast. She and two friends started the well known Indian Pass Pottery Cooperative. Several years ago after numerous real estate ventures of her own including moving and restoring an original Florida Cracker house into a charming beach cottage, she decided to become a professional real estate agent. When her friends rib her about her attention to detail, she smiles and notes that she also sees the big picture. With her knowledge of Franklin and Gulf counties, GLoria will be pleased to provide you with information on the local real estate market as well as cash flow analysis, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, coastal insurance requirements and other county codes.
